Alexandra Road is a mid-terrace Victorian family house consisting of 4 No bedrooms, 2 No reception rooms 1 No bathroom and En-suite Shower room, located over three floors.  The property was in need of modernisation and extending and the both neighbours had applied for a joint planning permission for a loft conversion and single storey side extension. 

We were engaged after planning permission was sought to manage the building regulations application and also to project manage the project on site for the client who was living in the US at the time. 

The project comprised of a complete house refurbishment for all rooms, including the kitchen extension and re-cladding of the loft conversion in Zinc, which was also applied to the side extension giving this a modern and contemporary feel.  Landscaping to the rear garden was also completed with border gravel beds, artificial grass and fruit trees within the gravel bed
